Job summary

Google's Raxium display group seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Process Integration to lead industrialization and rapid yield learning cycles. You’ll drive scaling of novel semiconductor-based display processes and partner across operations, development, and quality functions to enable high-volume production.

The role emphasizes managing teams, shaping process baselines, and delivering manufacturability insights to next-gen pathfinding groups, with a focus on GaN on Si and advanced CMOS

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in semiconductor process integration or yield engineering with end-to-end module focus.
• 4+ years of people management leading cross-functional teams through product transitions.
• Experience with advanced materials sets and integration schemes (GaN on Si, CMOS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own industrialization of semiconductor display products and scale yield-optimized processes for high-volume manufacturing.
• Extend process baselines, change control, and release gates for volume ramp.
• Establish DFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and DOE frameworks.
• Serve as the bridge between Development, Operations, and Product Quality to feed manufacturability insights back to R&D.
• Build and mentor an integration team emphasizing data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
