Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Project Manager - Product Industrialization to drive supply chain strategy across projects, linking Innovation and Operations. You will own lifecycle project planning, CAPEX, and supplier selection while aligning with PCP/PPC processes and global strategies.

You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with Make, Equipment, Planning and Sourcing leads to optimize product architecture, regions, and volumes for efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product development and industrialization of devices.
• 3+ years of interdisciplinary project management within a mass‑produced goods company.
• Experience with task & project management tools such as Sciforma, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience in supply chain management/strategy development and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain design and implementation across projects and product life cycle.
• Represent Lead Supply Chain goals in industrialization and project leadership.
• Own planning, deliverables, and CAPEX for lifecycle projects.
• Consult with Innovation & PMO and supply chain steering committees.
• Lead the Industrialization project team including Make, Equipment, Planning, and Sourcing.
• Perform supply chain feasibility, gap and risk analyses.
• Define and implement supply chain concept and strategy for the project.
