Job summary

Philips Personal Health ISC/OHC in Bothell, WA seeks a Product Industrialization Project Manager to drive process development and CAPEX optimization for new products, ensuring robust manufacturing readiness.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean methods, and supervise budget, schedule and quality across global suppliers and internal factories. This on-site role requires 3 days in the office and offers a comprehensive Philips Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Regulatory experience in Medical Devices (FDA Title 21 CFR Parts 800–1299) required.
• PM certification and Lean Green Belt preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development activities & CAPEX optimization for initial investments.
• Ensure adherence to PDLM processes for product introductions, qualifications, and release.
• Apply Design for Lean Manufacturing in PDLM workflows.
• Accountable for resources, planning, quality and cost for industrialization projects.
