Job summary

Philips in Bedford, MA seeks an Innovation Program Management Leader for Advanced Imaging to lead a complex medical device platform program spanning hardware, electronics, software, regulatory readiness, manufacturing readiness, service readiness, and launch execution.

Own end-to-end program plan across phased releases, ensuring alignment across globally distributed teams, managing dependencies, risks, and decisions; collaborate with internal ops and external manufacturing partners to prepare

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex product development programs in regulated hardware/software.
• Experience with capital equipment/medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field; advanced degree and/or PMI/PMP a plus.
• Ability to navigate matrixed, globally distributed environments and drive formal reviews and gate processes.
• Office-based role with in-person work 3 days per week; onsite in Bedford, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program plan across phased releases, regulatory readiness, and market expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, service, marketing, finance and leadership.
• Partner with internal operations and external manufacturers to prepare product configurations for release and scale-up.
• Conduct formal design, business, and readiness reviews with clear communication and timely issue escalation.
• Drive transparency and alignment while maintaining discipline and avoiding unnecessary process burden.
