• Oversee and coordinate the pilot and scale-up phases for two industrialization projects.
• Ensure raw materials and product recipes are recorded in the internal management system prior to pilot activities.
• Build on clear KPI monitoring related to Quality Control.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to manage projects and deliver as per specifications.
