Job summary

SPX Technologies, Cincinnati Fan division is seeking a Wheel Balancer to join our manufacturing team. You will work with others to set up machines, balance wheels, and ensure tolerances are met for premium fans and blowers.

Responsibilities include MIG welding or grinding as needed, reading tickets and instructions, and documenting work per procedures while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing environment.
• 3–6 months experience MIG welding.
• Mechanical aptitude, able to use grinders and other hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to meet product tolerances and balance wheels 12”–36” OD.
• Read job tickets and work orders; follow instructions and safety rules.
• Perform MIG welding or grinding to balance wheels as required.
• Document work performed according to company procedures.
• Maintain equipment and report issues to team lead.
