Responsibilities include inspecting parts, performing preheats, using 5S practices, and documenting QC checks. Must lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather. HS diploma or GED required and a strong mechanical background.

Responsabilidades

• Perform weld buildup on crusher parts using FCAW, GMAW, SMAW and SAW.
• Interpret 2D blueprints and 3D models to fabrication.
• Operate oxyacetylene, plasma, and CNC burn table cutting tools.
• Use positioners and manipulators for large pieces.
• Maintain 5S and safety in the workplace.
• Document QC checks and quality control procedures.
