Job summary

LeoForce in California seeks an Industrial Water Applications Engineer to support the Americas with technical solutions and proposals for industrial water and wastewater systems. You will work across engineering, sales, and supply chain to design RO and related processes, develop costed proposals, and help meet project milestones while traveling up to 25% as needed.

The role reports to the Director of Engineering and requires collaboration with End Users, EPCs, and consultants to deliver robust,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
4+ years in application engineering and proposal development for industrial water systems.
Experience with RO, filtration, water treatment processes, and cost/proposal preparation.
Knowledge of proposals, costing, pricing, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to BD and Sales by crafting tailored solutions and proposals.
Contribute to sales targets, bookings, and margin performance.
Prepare technical, commercial, and legal proposal responses to maximize win probability.
Design and develop RO, instrumentation, and control systems for standard and custom projects.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop cost estimates and pricing models.
Prepare water mass balances and system performance projections.
