Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking an Application Engineer to support the Industrial Water platform and expand market presence in the Americas. You will develop and propose systems, RO designs, and field services for water and wastewater treatment projects, collaborating with engineering, drafting, sales, and procurement teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 4+ years of experience in industrial water treatment proposals, and readiness to travel up to 25% (international travel

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in application engineering for industrial water & wastewater systems.
Experience modeling influent/effluent water quality for CapEx and OpEx goals.
Knowledge of proposals, costing, pricing and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to business development, sales and customers to create proposals.
Prepare RO/instrumentation designs and process diagrams to support proposals.
Develop cost estimates and project pricing with Purchasing and Production.
Support post-award engineering submittals, field installation, startup and commissioning.
