Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a Project Engineering Manager for Industrial Water to lead multi‑discipline teams on major water and wastewater projects across industries such as food & beverage, technology, mining, and energy.

You will supervise engineering staff, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and project management to ensure delivery and quality. The role offers hybrid work arrangements after onboarding and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background check, drug screen, and MVR search.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline teams to meet project deliverables on water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Identify client interests and drivers and develop solutions in collaboration with the project team.
• Mentor, supervise, and evaluate assigned personnel.
