We are seeking a Project Engineering Manager for Industrial Water to lead engineering execution across traditional and collaborative delivery projects, mentoring staff, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
Active engineering licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements.

Responsibilities

Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
Lead production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for a project.
Identify key client interests and drivers for moderately complex projects and develop solutions.
Provide support for business development or pursuit activities.
Travel to client sites when required.
