Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to help accelerate the growth of our Industrial business unit by identifying promising new opportunities, winning exciting new projects and growing key client accounts.

This individual will bring experience identifying and selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC (engineer, procure, construct) projects across CDM Smith’s target markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent directly related experience.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborate with our award-winning technology group to improve project delivery for clients.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and CDM Smith's profitability.
