Job summary

PTSolutions is seeking an Inventory Manager to stock and manage tool and MRO vending machines across our Grand Rapids locations. You will visit customer sites, maintain stock levels, and support the sales team with accurate order fulfillment.

This entry-level role offers growth opportunities within the team and potential promotion to other positions on the Sales team. A flexible first-shift schedule and benefits are provided as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Some college coursework completed; trade school training.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficient use of Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Must be 21+ to drive a company vehicle.
• Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with the company.
• Strong communication skills including verbal and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, receive, and stock our customers' products in our tool & MRO industrial vending machines.
• Proactively monitor customers' open orders to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor utilization data to establish order plans that are aligned with department goals and ensure adequate stock levels of consignment and non-consignment inventory.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Manager regarding customer accounts, issues, and feedback on operation status.
• Prepare, complete, and distribute system generated reports as required.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy for each machine at each customer.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with other projects & duties when the business needs require.
