Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of repair experience.
• Must possess valid CDL with endorsements or obtain within 6 months.
• Current Type II and MVAC certifications or acquire during probation.
• May be required to pass security checks and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, maintain, and repair engines and subsystems in various equipment.
• Test hydraulic and electrical systems and sub-systems for reliability.
• Operate and maintain safety records and shop inventory.
• Assist other tradespersons and train student employees when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and requisitions.
