Job summary

Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking a hands-on technician to follow safety procedures, operate valve-related equipment, and assist with disassembly and reassembly per manuals. You will document data, coordinate with the office, and maintain organized work areas.

The role may involve field assignments, travel, and working at various elevations; a high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for technical training and tool experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a technical or trade school degree is a plus.
• Candidate should have experience with hand and power tools and a willingness to learn the trade.
• Must be able to travel and maintain a clear driving record in accordance with Pioneer driving guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Pioneer Safety and Quality procedures and regulations.
• Operate equipment – overhead hoists, sand blaster, parts washer, propylene torch, etc.
• Disassemble valve without damaging parts per the manufacturer’s Installation & Operation Manual.
• Document and enter job data into ValvKeep database and document photos.
• Coordinate with office personnel on repair requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• May be required to travel and assist in field assignments.
• May be required to climb and work at various elevations depending on job scope.
