Job summary

Millennium Power, Inc. is seeking a skilled Valve Technician to install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of industrial valves used in power generation, manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical processing, and other critical industries.

This role combines shop and field service work, with travel to customer sites when required. Starting pay is $30-$35 per hour, plus a $65 daily allowance, with overtime and the potential to earn $80,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years mechanical/industrial maintenance preferred.
• Experience repairing or maintaining valves, pumps or rotating equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings and manuals.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial valves.
• Test, calibrate, and verify valve performance to specs.
• Document service reports and calibration records accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to complete projects safely.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
