Kurt J. Lesker Company is seeking a Pump Repair Technician to join the Manufacturing/Repair & Manufacturing team in Glassport, PA. This hands-on, onsite role focuses on evaluating, repairing, rebuilding, and testing mechanical vacuum pumps and related industrial equipment.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document repairs using the ERP system while maintaining safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read product schematics and electrical part descriptions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic ERP usage.
• Forklift certification and safe operation must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, repair, rebuild, and test mechanical vacuum pumps and related devices.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems including motors, sensors, and wiring.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled equipment servicing.
• Follow work instructions and document repairs in the ERP system.
