Job summary

Nestlé USA in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain utilities and support systems, following a preventive maintenance plan to ensure continuous production of ready-to-drink beverage products.

Shift: Day shift, 6:00am–6:30pm; Schedule: 2/2/3. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, CMMS familiarity, ability to read drawings, and a safety-sensitive designation. A high school diploma or GED plus 2 years related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities operations (boilers, compressed air, ammonia refrigeration) preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Starts, stops, operates, monitors, and maintains utilities systems and support equipment.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance per the plan and schedules.
• Maintains boiler water treatment, refrigeration systems, cooling towers, RO systems, and energy management.
• Reads and interprets electrical and mechanical drawings; updates documentation in CMMS.
