Saputo Inc. USA plant seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to monitor and service utility equipment daily. You will adjust operations, perform water tests, and support boiler systems within a PSM-regulated environment.

The role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and collaboration with management and maintenance teams. Experience in industrial maintenance, ammonia refrigeration, and air compressor systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Boiler maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience with receivers, compressors, cooling towers and evaporators.
• Ammonia PSM program knowledge and regulatory documentation.
• Air compressor experience with screw compressors.
• Strong math, computer and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hand and machining tools.

Responsibilities

• Check operation of all utility equipment daily.
• Make adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Maintain records for utility equipment and PSM program.
• Assist in operation and inspection of boilers.
• Perform water tests and adjust chemical feeds.
• Repair air and ammonia compressors and related systems.
• Maintain communication with management and maintenance personnel.
• Layout and install new or different equipment as needed.
• Observe and practice safety rules; follow SOPs.
• Comply with safety regulations and Saputo values.
• Work in a team with coworkers and other departments.
• Other duties as required by management.
