Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Union Electrician for our Syracuse, NY facility. The role is site-based at a large manufacturing site, maintaining electrical systems and equipment, including PLCs and control systems, to support lab and plant operations.

You will analyze, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment, perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints, and coordinate with site management.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; technical school education preferred.
• 3-5 years of electrical trade experience.
• Knowledge of Arc Flash Protection and Lock Out Tag Out.
• Experience with controls and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Advanced math calculation skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory and plant electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
• Install electrical systems according to NEC provisions and industry best practices.
• Create CMMS work notifications, follow up on repairs, and order required parts and materials.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Service, clean, inspect, and repair equipment using various hand and power tools.
• Communicate effectively with site management and team members regarding equipment status and improvements.
