Job summary

Lone Star College is seeking a CC Trainer to deliver learning activities that meet course objectives and support the educational environment for client companies. You will plan, develop and teach courses within the curriculum, ensuring alignment with professional standards and client needs.

Responsibilities include developing curricula with Instructional Designers, delivering training to external clients, and maintaining current knowledge of relevant mechanical, electrical or fluid power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher not required but preferred.
• Experience with training development and delivery.
• Ability to work with corporate clients and varied training schedules.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical or fluid power environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fluid Power programs.
• Develop client-specific courses with Instructional Designer.
• Deliver training curricula for external clients.
• Review and revise curricula to meet standards and industry needs.
• Create and use course syllabi per department guidelines.
• Engage in curriculum development and departmental service when not instructing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
