Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline.
• Willingness to teach day, evening and/or weekend classes in face-to-face, hybrid, online, and dual credit environments.
• SACS English proficiency requirements.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and teach courses in Industrial Technology to a diverse student population.
• Develop class schedules and hire adjunct faculty; address student concerns.
• Engage in recruitment at career fairs, high schools, and industry opportunities.
• Participate in curriculum development, review and revision, program development and textbook/equipment needs.
• Assist with THECB approval process from non-credit to credit programs.
• Provide instruction across modalities (face-to-face, hybrid, online, dual credit).
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback on learning outcomes.
• Mentor students and maintain non-discriminatory teaching practices.
