Job summary

Applied Controls, a SunSource company, invites recent graduates to join the GO2 Account Manager Training Program in Exton/Malvern. This 12-month development track includes hands-on product training, mentorship, and exposure to full-cycle outside sales in an assigned territory.

You will relocate for training (12+ months) and then transition into a full-time Account Manager role with potential bonuses and commissions. Competitive compensation and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Coursework, training or certifications in Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering (preferred).
• Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Relocation for training (12+ months) and for final placement after program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured paid training at our headquarters in Exton, with ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product training.
• Learn full cycle outside sales and relationship building skills with new and existing customers.
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers during onsite customer visits.
• Learn about the latest industrial technology, and how to apply it to real world applications.

What is GO2?

GO2 is our 12 month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in technical sales. Because our Account Manager and Outside Sales roles require a rare mix of both technical and sales skills, we created this dynamic program that sets individuals up for success and a long-term career with us. You will receive comprehensive training, hands on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory, in the Exton/Malvern area.

This is a full-time, paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.

Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000+ / year with opportunity for bonus during the training program.
