D-Ash Industrials is seeking a driven Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across production, manufacturing, labs, operations, engineering, logistics, sales, accounting, HR and admin roles. You will partner with managers to build robust talent pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or communications.
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Recruit for a wide variety of positions including production, manufacturing, logistics, laboratory, engineering, sales, accounting, HR and admin roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Provide guidance on recruiting strategies, labor market conditions, and hiring timelines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
