Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with PM schedules, preventive maintenance, and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair failures in production, manufacturing, and automation equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per specifications and PM schedules.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot control circuits, VFDs, starters, fuses, relays; troubleshoot PLC controls and programming.
• Work with machining tools to fabricate/repair parts per blueprints; read complex drawings and blueprints to perform repairs.
• Create and close work orders, document labor hours, and maintain inventory; follow safety procedures (LOTO, Arc Flash, GMP).
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams and mentor colleagues as needed.
