  • Proven ability to diagnose and improve real production systems using data, analytics, and emerging digital/AI based tools to support decisions and performance discussions, not just track or report outcomes.
  • Experience translating hands‑on work into repeatable methods (standard work, routines, templates, playbooks) to enable others via coaching and training.
  • Ability to influence across functions without direct authority; comfortable operating in ambiguous, cross‑functional environments and willing to travel internationally up to 30%.

The team operates globally, partnering closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Operations. It combines targeted execution on priority supplier topics with a strong focus on enabling the broader organization through structured methods and approaches.
