Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial systems design, analysis, or implementation.
- Proven experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong understanding of automation, material handling, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD, simulation tools, and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop industrial systems, including production lines, material handling, and automation solutions.
- Analyze existing systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for system upgrades.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and IT to ensure system integration.
- Develop and maintain system documentation (P&IDs, specs, manuals).
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure designs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor system performance and adjust for optimum efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance to operations and maintenance teams.
