Job summary

The role requires hands-on experience with composite materials, manufacturing processes and industrial systems, alongside strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABET accredited Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 2–4 years in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering with composites knowledge.
• Experience implementing composite materials technology in industry.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Performance Management.
• Autonomy to influence, lead change in an international environment.
• Knowledge of developing composites for Industrial System integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and cross-cultural skills.
• Ability to deploy project management processes and tools.
• Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement experience.
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in an international team.
• Present clear briefings and reports to customers/executives.
• Knowledge of SAP transactions and SAP/MES tools.
• Proficient with 3D CAD and Manufacturing Engineering tools.
• Proficient with Google/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide composite solutions to production teams to improve efficiency at Kinston Plant.
• Evaluate composite product and process performance and manufacturing viability.
• Influence industrial strategy and lead change for the Factory of the Future.
• Contribute to industrial system design and development on programs.
• Support production line design skills for industrialization projects.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement initiatives.
