You will drive technical excellence, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver compliant, cost‑effective solutions while advancing organizational standards and backlog growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; ability to obtain additional state licensure.
• 15+ years of structural engineering experience, including industrial projects.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency with structural design tools: RISA, STAAD, Tekla Tedds; experience with Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and designers.
• Serve as technical authority for industrial structural design.
• Review and seal designs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive project delivery, schedule adherence, and budget alignment.
• Develop client relationships and support business development.
• Collaborate across architecture, MEP, and process engineering.
