Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Structural Engineer to join our Power & Industrial team in Exton, PA or Bothell, WA. You will deliver safe, constructible structural designs for new facilities and retrofits, collaborating across disciplines to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

We require a PE or EIT with the plan to obtain licensure within 18 months, plus 5+ years of experience and strong knowledge of IBC/ASCE/ACI/AISC/OSHA and design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in structural/civil engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structural designs for new power facilities and retrofits.
• Coordinate design activities with multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules.
• Prepare technical specifications for materials, fabrication and installation.
• Support construction through RFIs, submittals, site visits, and inspections.
• Maintain complete project documentation and design records.
• Engage with clients to define requirements and scope.
