Qualifications

• Lead complex construction projects valued between $1–5 million.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant industrial construction/restoration experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions with internal teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Oversee project financials including profit & loss and projections.
• Provide leadership to project teams and field crews.
• Collaborate with estimators and sales to review bids and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Commit to 24/7 safety and quality on all projects.
