STRUCTURAL is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from Augusta, GA, with Baton Rouge roots and a regional footprint. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and field teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within financial targets.

The role requires a related bachelor’s degree and several years of industrial construction/restoration experience, with strong leadership and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and collaborate with contracts teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Oversee project financials, including profit & loss responsibilities and projections.
• Provide leadership to project teams and field crews.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Sales to review bids and develop proposals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Commit to 24/7 safety and quality control on all projects.
