SteelCon Inc. in Brighton, CO is seeking multiple full-time Construction Estimating Specialists - Industrial Estimators to support our expanding project load.

The position offers a competitive annual salary of $65,000-$80,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule, 7 am–4 pm, with benefits including

Qualifications

• Experience preparing estimates and handling invoicing in steel fabrication or construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel and high-voltage equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and develop accurate estimates.
• Perform material takeoffs and coordinate pricing with vendors.
• Consult with engineering and field teams to align bids.
• Prepare clear bid proposals and organize project files.
• Support scheduling and procurement; draft change order estimates.
• Communicate with clients about project scope and bids.
