Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Structural Designer Specialist in Idaho to join its Industrial Center of Excellence.

You will support structural design for new buildings, renovations, and facility expansions, producing detailed drafts for industrial steel systems and equipment supports using Revit. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply CAD/BIM standards, and participate in QA/QC to deliver high-quality work while growing your technical expertise in a supportive, inclusive

Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural design experience and 3D modeling with Revit.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support the structural design of new buildings, renovations, and facility expansions.
• Produce detailed drafting for industrial structural steel systems, including equipment supports, platforms, and pipe racks.
• Apply internal and client CAD/BIM standards, ensuring consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, taking ownership of project goals and contributing to overall project success.
• Participate in WSP’s QA/QC process, delivering work that reflects high standards of quality and accountability.
