Job summary

Barnhart Energy Company seeks a Business Development Manager to grow industrial storage and project buffering across the Gulf Coast. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years selling complex, solution-based services to industrial accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Gulf Coast petrochemical and industrial landscape.
• Proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities for industrial storage and buffering services across the Gulf Coast.
• Develop a dedicated pipeline with plant reliability and maintenance stakeholders.
• Position offerings as risk mitigation and schedule protection rather than just space.
• Build a regional pipeline across EPCs, owner-operators, and ports.
• Engage early in project planning to design solutions into projects.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and present a integrated value proposition.
• Coordinate across branches for multi-site opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to tailor proposals and ensure delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the Gulf Coast sector.
• Represent Barnhart at industry events to generate leads.
• Meet revenue and margin targets and support yard capacity utilization.
