Job summary

Dynamatic is a leading provider of engineered variable-speed drive solutions. We seek an Industrial Sales Specialist to drive inside sales, business development, and account management in a hybrid role, onsite in Sturtevant, WI.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, support key accounts, and explore new business opportunities with engineers and manufacturing teams. Travel about 20% and an hourly pay range of $35.00–$40.00 DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales and/or customer service experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial products and applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge and competency of our products and their applications.
• Respond to inquiries from existing customers and identify additional opportunities.
• Execute accurate quotations, order entry, and sales transactions in ERP/CRM systems.
• Develop knowledge of key vertical markets related to the eddy current products.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and document feedback.
• Utilize promotional programs and make outreach to qualified leads.
• Attend tradeshows and sales meetings as required.
• Perform general customer contact calls and visits.
