• Excellent cross-functional communication and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all end users in your territory, including the top 80 accounts.
• Build strong distributor relationships and align with KPIs.
• Conduct QBRs and account planning to defend base and grow share.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and cross‑functional resources.
• Promote portfolio solutions, multi-brand offerings, and new product launches.
• Lead territory planning and account strategy balancing growth with retention.
