AGI Industries, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Solutions Sales Representative for our Sulphur, LA branch. This full-time, salaried role focuses on developing a new customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

You will drive profitable sales to meet or exceed monthly quotas, provide exceptional customer service, and travel extensively (50–75%) in assigned markets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years product line related experience preferred.
• 3+ years outside sales experience with complex, technical products.
• Excellent presentation and listening skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing for customer service and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop business in various markets by building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Conduct market research in assigned geographic areas to identify potential customers.
• Manage and respond to inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of product line through vendor webinars, training, literature, and industry news.
• Update and manage sales activities in the CRM regularly.
• Maintain vendor relationships through regular communication and joint sales calls.
