Job summary

Mariana Minerals seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to lead the full build of industrial process infrastructure, from site development through startup. You will coordinate trade contractors, drive schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and commissioning teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification, while maintaining a safe work environment and strong field reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership in field environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Strong safety leadership and knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own all on-site construction for the full build of industrial process infrastructure, from mobilization through turnover.
• Schedule and sequence trade contractors, and lead daily coordination meetings.
• Drive the project schedule, track progress, and escalate issues early to leadership.
• Develop and communicate site logistics and material flow plans.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Develop QA inspection plans and ensure contractor accountability for quality.
• Manage stakeholder communications and oversee contractor performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and support field reporting tools.
