Job summary

Mariana Minerals in the United States seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead new facility buildout, capacity upgrades, and infrastructure delivery for pilot plants, coordinating with construction engineering, facilities, commissioning, and production.

You will own budgets and schedules end-to-end, manage general contractors and subcontractors, and help build software-driven project systems to accelerate future builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive construction project management in industrial/mining sectors.
• History delivering $20M+ capital projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to read plans, P&IDs, specs, and contract documents.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from scope through close-out and deliver stakeholder value.
• Manage procurement, contractors, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare monthly cost and schedule reports for leadership.
• Work with software teams to automate project processes.
