Job summary

Mariana Minerals is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead the full build of industrial process infrastructure from site development through startup. You will schedule trade contractors, run daily coordination meetings, and ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards.

You’ll collaborate with Construction Management, Design Engineering, Field Engineering, Process Engineering, and Operations from planning to startup.

Qualifications

10+ years of construction experience in civil work.
Experience as a Superintendent on industrial/mining or processing plant construction is required.
Ability to read and interpret construction design documents, specs, and contracts.

Responsibilities

Own all on-site construction for the full build of industrial process infrastructure.
Schedule and sequence trade contractors and host daily coordination meetings.
Drive project schedule, track progress, and elevate issues early.
Develop and communicate site logistics and operational plans.
Perform daily inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
Develop and run Quality Assurance inspection plans and hold contractors accountable.
Maintain frequent communication with the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Oversee contractor performance to meet KPIs and deliverables.
Partner with engineering and operations through startup of production.
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
