Loenbro, LLC is seeking an EH&S Coordinator to foster a culture of safety at industrial sites. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with internal safety policies and external regulations, conducting audits, and delivering training to minimize risks and improve health and safety across assigned sites.

You will collaborate with site leadership and operations to align safety programs with client requirements, oversee incident investigations, and maintain meticulous safety records.

Qualifikationen

• OSHA 30 required.
• Minimum 2 years' prior experience in heavy industrial construction.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, MSHA regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess hazards and mitigate risks.
• Knowledge of incident investigation techniques.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety training and ensure site-specific training compliance (OSHA/MSHA).
• Enforce safety policies including SSP and client guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations to integrate safety into daily activities.
• Perform daily site inspections and safety audits; document findings.
• Maintain safety records and ensure timely documentation in KPA.
• Engage with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of safety practices with site leaders.
