Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an EHS Coordinator II to promote safety culture at assigned industrial sites nationwide. You will implement EHS programs, conduct audits, train employees, and ensure compliance with OSHA/MSHA and company policies.

You will collaborate with site leadership and operations to minimize risk, investigate incidents, maintain records in KPA, and drive continuous safety improvements. Onsite role based at Ellendale, ND with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• CSST certification or equivalent and OSHA 30 required.
• 3+ years of experience in heavy industrial construction or related environments with safety focus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in EHS incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Develop and deliver safety training and hazard awareness programs.
• Conduct daily site inspections and audits to enforce EHS compliance.
• Coordinate with operations to integrate safety into daily activities and projects.
