Job summary

Ricochet Manufacturing is hiring a sewing team lead to supervise and mentor a production line in our Philadelphia facility. The role requires 2–4 years of sewing experience, reading orders with pictures or instructions, and willingness to work overtime and cross-train for multiple tasks.

Candidates should be able to lift 10 lbs and have some experience with Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred to support diverse teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of sewing experience in a factory/manufacturing setting.
• Must read and understand orders with pictures or written instructions.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
• Must be willing to cross-train to perform multiple tasks.
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs (4.5 kg).
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and communicate with clarity to staff.
• Ensure accurate execution of production plans and schedules.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in sewing operations.

Job Summary

Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sewing experience in a factory or manufacturing setting. Formal sewing education may be substituted for work experience.

• Experience in the operation of single needle, double needle, and bar tack machines.
• Ability to read and understand orders with pictures and or written instructions.
• Must work overtime when required.
• Must be willing to receive cross training with the goal of performing multiple tasks.
• Must be able to lift 10 LBS.
• All other duties as assigned.
