Workbox Staffing in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Industrial Sewer Supervisor to lead a sewing team on first shift. You will oversee operators, ensure production meets quality standards, and enforce safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of industrial sewing experience with 1+ year in supervisory or lead roles, a high school diploma, and the ability to train staff on sewing techniques, equipment operation, and quality practices.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sewing/textile training preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial sewing experience required.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Mansioni

• Train new operators on sewing techniques, machine operation, and safety protocols.
• Inspect finished products for quality and address issues with the team.
• Operate heavy duty sewing equipment and various machines to assemble products.
