Job summary

MasterSpas is seeking an Industrial Sewer to transform raw pieces into durable vinyl spa covers. You will operate industrial sewing machines, read work orders, and follow precise instructions to ensure each cover meets our quality standards.

You’ll inspect materials, troubleshoot basic sewing issues, and collaborate with Cutting, Production and Quality teams to keep workflows efficient. This role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial sewing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Enjoy detailed, hands-on work.
• Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
• Comfort in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Read product specifications, work orders, and sewing instructions.
• Guide material under the needle along edges and seams.
• Set up and operate sewing equipment.
• Thread guides and needles, change bobbins, troubleshoot basic issues.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Help improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Work with the Cutting, Production and Quality teams.
