You will work at industrial, commercial and residential properties to get rid of any presence of asbestos or other dangerous materials. Compensation starting at $20/hr based upon experience. Opportunity for lots of overtime! Time and 1/2 for over 40 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid with demolition or renovation.
• Remove substances, such as lead and asbestos, from a building using a variety of tools, which can include high pressure sprayers, vacuums and scrapers
• Clean the contaminated area thoroughly to ensure a trace of the substance is not left behind, which typically entails using steam cleaners and filter pumps
• Clean the equipment after it has been used on a worksite by using the proper solvents and chemicals
• Perform any other duties as assigned by site supervisor, or other management.

Key Skills Required:

• Previous experience working with hazardous materials.
• Knowledge of how to use various power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to travel 3-5 days per week (Mon-Fri). Lodging paid and daily per diem.
• Must have valid drivers license and dependable vehicle.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

• Aerial lift and industrial lift training.
