Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors in Laporte, TX, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead two or more crews at a customer site. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment operation, and maintain documentation to meet client requirements while upholding safety standards.

The role involves geographic travel within the region, adherence to safety policies, and interaction with clients to sustain performance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL preferred.
• English language proficiency for safety training and instructions.
• OSHA certification may be required for this job.
• RCRA certificates may be required.

Responsibilities

• Instructs, provides feedback, and directs crews to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• May schedule job and crews.
• May dispatch crews based on calls, including nights and weekends.
• May act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
• Reads work orders and ensures equipment is available and operational before starting.
• Inspects equipment and work area prior to starting jobs and corrects deficiencies.
• Trains Technicians and Operators on-the-job in equipment operation and paperwork.
• Operates equipment in service line per safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
