Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred.
• Language proficiency: understand English for safety training and emergencies.
• OSHA certification may be required; TWIC/RCRA may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more crews, plan and coordinate daily operations per client requirements.
• Schedule jobs and dispatch crews, including nights/weekends.
• Ensure equipment is available and operational before starting work.
• Complete paperwork and train technicians on-site.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
