HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to manage on-site industrial cleaning operations in Morris, IL. You will lead multiple crews, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain client relations while enforcing safety policies and company procedures.

This role requires strong leadership, technical know-how, and excellent communication to coordinate field activities and documentation for timely completion.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA certification may be required.
• RCRA certificates.
• CDL, forklift, and backhoe certification.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, lead, and coordinate daily crews to meet client requirements.
• Ensure equipment is operational and all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintain strong client relations and safety compliance.
• Schedule and dispatch crews, including night/weekend calls.
• Train Technicians and Operators on-site.
